Sunshine Builders of OKC, has built both spec and custom homes inside Winter Creek Golf and Social Club since Sunshine Industries purchased the development in late 2020. Sunshine also remodeled the Clubhouse and built a state of the art, resort-style swimming facility for Winter Creek.

James and Beth live and work at Winter Creek Golf and Social Club, and have built custom homes since 2017. They have three wonderful children (Madeleine, Alexander and Mackenzie) who love to run, chase turtles, swim and golf.
